New Home Client Liaison Job Description

Specialized Recruiting Group - Charlotte, NC is seeking a highly skilled New Home Client Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our luxury builder's team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences from contract to close.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expedite prestart cycle time and maintain the integrity and timeliness of construction documents throughout the job.
  • Provide a positive experience for customers, exceeding their expectations and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the prestart and construction processes.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, construction managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
  • Review current activities on the Construction Schedules with the CMs weekly, update as necessary, and approve purchase orders for payment.
  • Attend frame walks, Construction Manager's homeowner orientation meetings, and other critical project milestones.

Requirements:

  • Experience with the New Home Building Process from contract to close.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using technology and software applications to manage projects and communicate with stakeholders.
