- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with nurses and families, fostering a culture of trust and respect.
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of client care services, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of care.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client needs and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or social services setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A competitive hourly rate of $19-$20.50 per hour.
