Program Overview

Our Sales Internship Program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive and structured training curriculum that includes:

  • Gain company and industry knowledge
  • Enhance communication and presentation skills
  • Learn and understand different work styles
  • Learn and live our corporate culture and values
  • Access a very comprehensive repository of online self-development tools and resources

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Intern, you'll participate in a 10-week internship program that includes:

  • Participate in a comprehensive and structured training curriculum
  • Experience networking opportunities, basic technical skills training, speaker series, and additional enrichment activities
  • Develop and refine selling and presentation skills through selling competitions, simulated practice, projects, and job shadowing
  • Exposure to our end-to-end sales process, health insurance, our consumer base, and the role that our organization plays in the market
  • Gain an understanding of the Direct-to-Consumer Sales model and the role it plays in overall distribution

Requirements

To be eligible for this internship, you must:

  • Be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university during the duration of the internship
  • Be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization
  • Be a rising senior during the summer of 2025

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
