Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information in our ERP system.
  • Process sales orders, send order acknowledgments, and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Initiate and process Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests.
  • Provide extensive support to our remote sales team.
  • Document and update customer service processes and procedures.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements.
  • Act as a backup to other customer service team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a fully integrated computerized ERP environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in TMM - SOXF1 (sales order entry) processes and procedures is preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Working Environment

This is a sedentary role that requires sitting most of the time with occasional need to walk or stand. You will be working in a controlled and well-lit office environment with minimal physical hazards. You must be able to wear personal protective equipment as required and adhere to safety procedures.
