About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our unique culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow and retain customers by providing excellent phone support and booking estimates and cleans.
  • Communicate with customers and leads in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
  • Promote our culture and team by embodying our values and energizing the team with your positive attitude.
  • Identify and assess customer needs through managing phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Cheerfully resolve customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Requirements
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Complete a background check.
  • Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm.
