Job Title: AV Project Manager

At Federated Service Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AV Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing audio-visual projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage audio-visual projects, including planning, installation, and closeout.
  • Supervise and coordinate with AV technicians to ensure quality and professionalism.
  • Review and understand customer expectations and work closely with the Sales Engineer to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, utilizing Sprint Tracker and tasks.
  • Organize and implement budget control to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • System data entry and maintenance, including customer creation, project creation, and work order management.
  • Support other roles and departments in their tasks related to corresponding projects.
  • Qualify and ensure preparedness of assigned AV technicians.
  • Manage issues, customer expectations, and escalations, when needed.
  • Develop, update, and send reports to customers on a regular basis.

Requirements:

  • 3 years minimum audio-visual project management experience.
  • Crestron Solutions knowledge required.
  • Unified Communications knowledge required.
  • IP Networking knowledge required.
  • Managed Service Project knowledge preferred.
