As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Project Manager throughout various stages of the construction process. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in managing all aspects of construction projects.
  • Prepare and submit Requests for Information (RFIs) for necessary approvals and ensure proper distribution.
  • Review subcontract documents relevant to your assigned responsibilities.
  • Communicate significant project developments to management, including successes, challenges, and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with clients to provide project updates, secure approvals, and manage change orders.
  • Document project changes and maintain comprehensive project records, including correspondence and revisions.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Construction Project Coordinator role will possess:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a commercial construction environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage administrative tasks, including document control.
  • Ability to prepare and manage submittal schedules for timely approvals.
  • Experience assisting with RFIs, quality assurance, and field operations.
  • Involvement in preconstruction activities, including estimating and quantification.
  • Capability to collect and organize closeout documents and punch lists.
Compensation and Benefits

The Construction Project Coordinator position offers a competitive compensation package, including:
  • A base salary ranging from $65,000 to $85,000.
