As a Project Manager for Steering/EPS within the Vehicle Motion Division, you will lead cross-functional teams with a strong sense of ownership to meet customer expectations and project deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee complex projects by developing timelines and progress reports to ensure timely completion of essential tasks.
- Resolve open issues effectively by prioritizing, communicating, and executing aligned solutions.
- Facilitate collaboration between customers and Bosch teams to address and escalate issues as needed.
- Organize and track activities related to engineering changes, ensuring adherence to Bosch's change management processes.
- Assist with customer change management by evaluating requests for design, tooling, and process modifications.
- Communicate project status internally through various meetings and documentation.
- Analyze specifications and requirements to prepare impact assessments and coordinate changes with stakeholders.
- Manage customer program data for forecasting and planning purposes.
- Maintain project documentation and data in customer portals.
- Engage in a high-visibility role that offers opportunities for professional growth within Bosch.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%, including international trips.
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant project experience and customer interaction.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience with General Motors.
- Familiarity with project management tools and processes.
- Technical knowledge in mechatronics combined with commercial acumen.
- Experience in collaborative project teams.
