The role involves managing and processing requests received via telephone and fax from various referral sources and patients.

Responsibilities include answering incoming calls and assisting walk-in clients in a professional and timely manner.

Accurate and efficient entry of all necessary intake information into the computer system is essential for order processing.

Providing clear instructions regarding equipment usage, safety protocols, insurance coverage, delivery timelines, and billing practices is a key aspect of this position.

Additionally, the representative will assist in ensuring that all orders, deliveries, services, and pickups are executed accurately.

Required Skills and Experience:

Preferred candidates will have knowledge of insurance eligibility, benefits, and the authorization process.
