This role is essential in supporting the large market account executive team by servicing large market clients. The Account Support Executive will cultivate customer relationships and gain a thorough understanding of the account's culture, expectations, and overall healthcare objectives.

The Account Support Executive will aid in the execution of strategic goals, facilitate program changes, implement new products, and enhance service models. The individual in this role will collaborate cross-functionally with the account executive to communicate customer needs and expectations. This position is crucial for contributing to the growth and retention of key accounts within large markets by providing additional support for our most complex clients.

  • Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health license required within 90 days of hire, with continued education necessary to maintain the license.
  • Industry-related professional designation or certification is a plus.

Work Environment:

  • This position is classified as hybrid, requiring onsite work on designated days.

Physical Demands:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, use hands and fingers, talk, hear, and see.
