Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operational Leader ready to elevate their career. This role encompasses overseeing business operations across the state of Texas, ensuring they are both efficient and effective. The successful candidate will foster strong relationships with clients, pinpoint profit opportunities, and formulate strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee resource management, service distribution, and system analysis to optimize operations.
  • Guide the business towards achieving high performance metrics as indicated by the company scorecard, participating in strategic planning sessions as required.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Develop a high-performing team that delivers results within the region.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a management role.
  • Proven experience in personnel management, including hiring, supervision, evaluation, and succession planning.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus amidst interruptions.
  • Strong decision-making skills based on financial data and other relevant information.
  • Demonstrated success in enhancing profitability, sustainability, and innovation in alignment with business strategies.
  • Capability to work across various service lines effectively.
