Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at The Heritage at Twin Creeks. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our senior residents. Your empathetic nature and strong interpersonal skills will enable you to provide exceptional care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as grooming, bathing, and dressing. You will also provide companionship and emotional support to ensure the overall well-being of our residents. Monitoring and documenting any changes in residents' health or behavior will be part of your daily responsibilities. Additionally, you will collaborate with the nursing team to implement care plans and ensure the highest level of care for our residents.

As a Caregiver at The Heritage at Twin Creeks, you will contribute to a safe and comfortable living space for our residents. Your dedication and compassion will make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Being at least 18 years old and having basic computer skills.
  • Effective communication is key, so applicants must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, compassion, and empathy are crucial for providing exceptional care to our senior residents.
  • The ability to work well in a team, follow instructions, and prioritize tasks efficiently is vital in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents.
