About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at The Heritage at Twin Creeks. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our senior residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including grooming, bathing, and dressing.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
  • Monitor and document any changes in residents' health or behavior.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to implement care plans and ensure the highest level of care for residents.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment to ensure a safe and comfortable living space for residents.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic computer skills essential.
  • Effective communication skills, including speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, compassion, and empathy required.
  • Ability to work well in a team, follow instructions, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
