ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking dedicated call center representatives to assist with both inbound and outbound customer service and sales initiatives for a diverse range of clients. In this capacity, you will address incoming inquiries, reach out to existing customers to provide support, and promote new products and services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound communications, providing support for customer service, technical inquiries, and sales interactions. You will engage with numerous customers weekly to resolve issues, promote new offerings, and ensure a top-tier customer experience.

Alongside delivering outstanding service, you will be expected to be an enthusiastic team player who brings a positive attitude to the workplace each day.

Essential Duties Include:

  • Respond to inbound and outbound contacts in a professional and timely manner.
  • Achieve first-call resolution through effective problem-solving.
  • Utilize various systems to locate missing information and collaborate with other departments as necessary.
  • Document and process customer claims accurately.
  • Conduct discussions to identify the best solutions for customers.
  • Employ training and knowledge resources to provide accurate answers while adhering to required protocols.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Escalate complex customer issues to appropriate personnel for resolution.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay informed on program updates.
  • Comply with attendance and scheduling requirements.

  • Basic familiarity with the Windows operating system.

  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and maintain focus.
  • Team-oriented with a strong customer service orientation.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position is based in a professional office setting. The role primarily involves sitting for extended periods while using a computer and telephone headset. Employees will frequently operate office equipment, including computers, phones, copiers, and printers.
