Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated HVAC Smart Building Sales Representative to join our team at Johnson Controls. This role requires strong sales and technical skills to sell and promote innovative HVAC and building automation solutions to the construction community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing long-term customer relationships, executing the sales process effectively, and utilizing technical expertise to meet customer needs. They will also play a key role in expanding the company's offerings and driving sales growth within assigned accounts.

About the Role:
  • Sell Johnson Controls' innovative HVAC and building automation solutions to mechanical contractors, designers, and consulting engineers.
  • Build and manage long-term customer relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Execute the sales process to cultivate and manage long-term relationships and seek out, qualify, and close new sales opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of six years of successful field sales experience.
  • At least three years of experience selling HVAC or building automation systems.
  • Demonstrated commitment to integrity and quality in business.
  • Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to influence the market at key levels.
