Summary:
As a Behavioral Aide, you will be responsible for providing direct support and supervision to children and adolescents who are considered at risk. Your role is crucial in facilitating their daily activities and ensuring a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver direct care and monitor the activities of at-risk youth.
2. Engage with children and adolescents to promote positive behaviors and emotional well-being.
3. Collaborate with other professionals to implement individualized care plans.
Work Schedule:
Flexible hours are available, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or a minimum of two years of experience working with at-risk youth. Candidates must successfully pass background checks including DOJ, FBI, and CACI. CPR and First Aid certification is also preferred.
