Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Program Manager to join our CPU team at Apple. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and leading post-silicon validation and debug activities for our groundbreaking CPU designs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute post-silicon validation plans to ensure timely and efficient validation of CPU designs.
  • Lead and coordinate debug efforts with cross-functional teams to resolve silicon issues and ensure product development milestones are met.
  • Supervise and prioritize debug tasks and experiments, and follow up on action items to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with software, system, and other teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth product development.
  • Communicate program risks and status to multifunctional and executive forums.
  • Manage materials and resources to support post-silicon validation and debug activities.
Requirements
  • BS + 10 years of relevant experience in silicon development, validation, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in silicon development, validation, or a related field.
  • Strong technical leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Strong time and task leadership skills with consistent attention to detail.
  • Strong organization skills to organize self and team's execution.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CPU development experience.
  • Experience in debug of CPU logic and circuit failures.
  • Technical leadership and/or project management experience.
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Strong time and task leadership skills with consistent attention to detail.
  • Strong organization skills to organize self and team's execution.
