Customer Support Specialist

Care.com is a leading provider of online services for finding family care and care jobs. We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our Care Specialist Team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our members, addressing their diverse needs and concerns.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert assistance to members via phone, email, web, and chat, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify member requirements and provide education on relevant topics, including emotional wellness, home care, and legal financial matters.
- Document important details on member needs and provide information to our Research Team and relevant third-party partners to facilitate referrals.
- Stay current with the latest information and resources to meet our clients' diverse requests, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and a strong work ethic.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or relevant work experience in a human services field.
- 2-4+ years of client service experience, preferably in a human services field.
- High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong change agility and ability to pivot quickly as needed.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable meeting or exceeding daily and weekly KPI benchmarks.
- Open to feedback, ongoing learning, and comfortable asking questions.
- Reliable and consistently punctual.
- Independent judgment and discretion.
