- Monitor and implement special rates and billing arrangements for guests.
- Address guest concerns swiftly to maintain the highest level of satisfaction.
- Prepare for the arrival of VIP and loyalty program members to guarantee a seamless check-in experience.
- Oversee the storage and delivery of guest correspondence and packages, ensuring timely processing and distribution.
- Maintain an organized front desk area stocked with necessary supplies.
- Uphold a polished and professional appearance in line with company grooming standards.
- Communicate guest feedback to management for continuous improvement.
- Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures to ensure guest safety.
- Undertake additional responsibilities related to front office operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in front desk or reception roles is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows XP is advantageous.
- Knowledge of property management systems such as Micros PMS/Opera is a plus.
- Proficiency in the English language is required.
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is beneficial.
- Availability for shift work, including weekends and holidays, is necessary.
