Role Summary:

The Property Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that residential properties meet the highest standards of safety and functionality. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive inspections of properties to facilitate effective project management.

  • Oversee the bidding process for all renovation and turnover projects within the assigned portfolio.
  • Obtain necessary approvals and secure funding from stakeholders prior to project initiation.
  • Coordinate with in-house teams and external partners to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion.
  • Assist in sourcing materials for all assigned projects.
  • Provide insights on construction methods, safety practices, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with property management to ensure timely rental of properties, minimizing vacancy periods.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and operational efficiencies, implementing improvements as needed.

Work Environment:

This position is primarily office-based, with a focus on utilizing standard office equipment.
