Position Summary: We are currently in search of adaptable and proficient Maintenance Specialists, including Independent Handymen, Licensed Plumbers, Certified Electricians, and HVAC Technicians, to join our team. You will be a vital contributor to Nandail Property Management, delivering superior maintenance and repair services that ensure the safety and functionality of various properties.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Independent Handyman:
    • Execute a range of repair and maintenance duties, encompassing carpentry, painting, and general property upkeep.
    • Address plumbing, electrical, and HVAC challenges as required.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization across properties.
    • Employ problem-solving skills to swiftly and effectively resolve maintenance concerns.
    • Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained.
  2. Plumbing Technician:
    (Certified or Licensed)
    • Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for both residential and commercial settings.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing complications, including leaks, clogs, and defective fixtures.
    • Comply with plumbing codes and regulations to guarantee safety and adherence.
    • Provide accurate cost estimates for plumbing tasks and maintain clear communication with clients.
  3. Electrical Technician:
    (Certified or Licensed)
    • Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings.
    • Inspect electrical components, identify issues, and carry out necessary repairs.
    • Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to ensure precise installations.
    • Follow electrical codes and safety standards to mitigate hazards and ensure compliance.
  4. HVAC Technician:
    (Certified or Licensed)
    • Install, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
    • Conduct routine maintenance to enhance HVAC system performance and efficiency.
    • Test and calibrate HVAC components to ensure optimal functionality.
    • Respond to emergency HVAC service requests and address issues promptly.
    • Maintain detailed records of HVAC maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Relevant certification or license for the respective field (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
  • Demonstrated experience in maintenance, repair, or installation work.
  • Strong technical skills and familiarity with relevant tools and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and professionalism in client interactions.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
