Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic business analysis services to key stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business strategy, processes, and services.
  • Review and assign business processes to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks.
  • Produce standardized complex and comprehensive analysis and metrics to support business decision-making.
  • Develop program feasibility and opportunity assessments, and work with contracting staff to develop performance metrics and definitions for contracts.
  • Use data extraction and manipulation tools to analyze and report on large data sets.
  • Develop presentations to communicate findings to department administrators, physician groups, and hospital administration.
  • Provide project-level leadership and ownership of assigned subject areas.
  • Demonstrate behaviors of service excellence and CARE values (Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Expertise).

Requirements

  • Generally requires 5 to 7 years of related experience in a health system or similar industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
  • Valid license or certification may be required based on the job or specialty.
