Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers to gain a comprehensive understanding of business processes and needs.
  • Document and analyze end-to-end business processes to redesign workflows and implement process automation.
  • Translate current processes into future states to fully leverage new software features.
  • Communicate how business process designs meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Apply methodologies to document and prioritize business needs, requirements, and challenges.
  • Establish KPIs for software launches, analyze outcomes, and recommend data-driven optimizations and improvements.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong background in business process mapping, workflow implementation, and automation.
  • Hands-on experience in full software life-cycle implementation, including upgrades, support, and post-go-live activities.
  • Proficient in data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
  • Track record of delivering market-leading design solutions that create strategic value.
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in real estate or homeowners' association industries.
  • Familiarity with PropTech or FinTech.
  • Certification in Lean/Six Sigma or Business Process Management.
Language Skills:

Fluent in English.

Location:

The ideal candidate will reside in Florida, preferably Miami, and be able to work from or visit the corporate office in Miami as needed.
