About the Role:

Hidden Level Inc. is a pioneering company in the field of drone detection technology, providing real-time actionable data to enhance security across various environments. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to join our team and contribute to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take administrative responsibility for the configuration, maintenance, and operation of computer systems and servers.
  • Implement and administer a computer and server configuration and management solution and develop associated processes.
  • Configure, install, and manage desktop and laptop computers, servers, networks, firewalls, and other critical components.
  • Determine and implement appropriate group policies to manage access, system updates, anti-virus, and threat management solutions.
  • Administer Mobile Device Management and Mobile Application Management solutions that manage company assets.
  • Deploy and administer both physical and cloud managed servers and firewalls.
  • Develop and maintain a secure and efficient network supporting physical and cloud infrastructure.

Work Environment:

As a member of our small, dedicated team, you will be part of a collaborative environment that values teamwork and problem-solving. You will report directly to the IT Security Manager and play a major role in the growth of the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related major preferred, certifications related to computers, networking, or security preferred.
  • 4+ years related professional experience including hands-on system administration and network administration experience.
  • Deep knowledge of IT best practices, industry standards, policies, and regulations.
  • Experience with Apple, Windows Desktop and Server operating systems.
  • An understanding of Linux Operating systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, including Security, Compliance, and Exchange.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, networking, and infrastructure.
  • An understanding of programming languages, including PowerShell.
  • Networking, both supporting physical, virtual, and cloud infrastructure.

  • Competitive salary range: $80,000 to $100,000 annually.
