Senior Systems Administrator

The RPC Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to oversee key areas of IT Service Delivery. This role is responsible for managing and supporting servers, Microsoft 365, Azure, virtual environments, storage solutions, security measures, and Backup Disaster Recovery (BDR) infrastructure in both on-premises and cloud-based environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve service tickets efficiently to ensure quick and permanent solutions.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and keep clients content.
  • Develop and update documentation for supported systems.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, demonstrating leadership.

  • 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably within a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
  • In-depth knowledge of server administration, network infrastructure, and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, etc.).
  • Proficient in troubleshooting complex technical issues and delivering solutions.
  • Experience in managing escalations and performing effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft MCSE, Cisco CCNA, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator are advantageous.
