Job Overview

The Applied Learning Internship Program at Coca-Cola Consolidated provides a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods and Beverage industry. As an intern, you will work on function-specific business projects, collaborate with business leaders, and participate in leadership development workshops.

Responsibilities
  • Gain exposure to various business functions, including Sales Operations, Customer Management, Warehouse, Product Supply Planning, Human Resources, Finance, and Marketing
  • Perform day-to-day responsibilities in assigned roles to gain experience, develop business acumen, and aid in project work/recommendations
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis in assigned functional areas to support business projects and objectives
  • Prepare and present project work/recommendations to business leaders
  • Participate in instructor-led and online learning, intern leadership development workshops, and off-site customer field experiences
Requirements
  • High school diploma
  • Currently enrolled rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university
  • Proficient skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Collaborative and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage time to deliver commitments on time and to expectations
