Our company has established itself as a trusted partner to customers worldwide, with operations strategically located in North America, China, and Europe.
We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This role will play a critical part in identifying, researching, and recommending HR solutions related to compensation, benefit, and performance management programs.
Key Responsibilities- Infrastructure Development: Strengthen our HR system across 4 subsidiaries in the Americas, with plans for future expansion.
- Incentive Program Enhancement: Improve motivation and productivity by refining individual goal setting and evaluation processes.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Prior HR consulting experience in manufacturing-based companies is preferred.
- Experience in developing and implementing performance evaluation and reward systems.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean languages.
