About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Behavioral Health Program Manager to join our team at Advanced Behavioral Health.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description
  • Oversee the implementation of SAFE Family Recovery programs in the region.
  • Supervise Recovery Support Specialists and MDFR Specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Monitor staff completion of training and quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with ABH's best practices and policies.
  • Submit data and reports to DCF as required by contract, maintaining accurate records and tracking progress.
  • Write reports for programs and DCF as needed, communicating effectively and professionally.
  • Attend client case consultation and service planning meetings, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the local program point of contact for DCF, other community providers, and the juvenile courts, fostering strong relationships and promoting collaboration.
  • Recruit and hire qualified employees, providing orientation and on-the-job training to ensure successful onboarding.
  • Establish short and long-term goals that are measurable and obtainable, communicating expectations clearly to direct and indirect reports.
  • Review and approve timesheets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Requirements
  • Masters degree required, preferably in social work, marriage and family, professional counseling, or a related field.
  • Fully licensed or affiliate licensure in a relevant field, with consideration given to those with experience working in adult substance use services.
  • Achieve and maintain supervisor certification in MDFR, Recovery Support Services, and SBIRT, demonstrating commitment to excellence.
  • Participate in ongoing quality assurance activities, contributing to continuous improvement and growth.
  • Comply with current State of Connecticut and federal health and vaccine requirements, prioritizing employee and client safety.
