Certified Autism Behavioral Specialist

A career opportunity exists for a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the dynamic team at Autism Behavioral Health. This full-time salaried position comes with benefits, including competitive pay commensurate with experience and training.
Our organization is committed to providing evidence-based practice in ABA services, making a positive impact on individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), overseeing treatment planning, and organizing data analysis.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree or higher in an education-related field, along with certification as a BCBA. Minimum two years of supervisory experience, preferably in-home or telehealth settings, are required. You must also have three years of experience working with individuals with ASD.
In addition to your expertise, you must possess a valid Connecticut driver's license, proof of car insurance, a clean background check, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends occasionally.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $73,000 - $85,000 annually, along with benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, flexible schedule, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development assistance.
