About the Role

As a Behavioral Support Specialist, you will work closely with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with behavioral challenges.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or behavior specialist.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement strategies that promote student engagement and academic success.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and inform instruction.

Requirements:

  • Valid RBT certification required.
  • Minimum 1+ years experience in behavior analysis or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
