Connecticut Institute for Communities, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

As a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will play a critical role in identifying and addressing mental health concerns in students, working closely with clients and their families to develop personalized treatment plans. You will also be responsible for collaborating with educators and other support staff to ensure seamless integration of mental health services into the classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of students' mental health needs, developing effective treatment plans to address these concerns.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, adapting approaches to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and share best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
