**Position Overview**

The Field Service Customer Support Specialist is tasked with delivering exceptional service to our clients by executing field service operations related to service provision and the upkeep of customer accounts.

This role supports customer service initiatives by diagnosing and resolving customer concerns, including meter discrepancies, water quality challenges, and service-related issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting meter replacements as instructed to guarantee precise and compliant meter functionality.
  • Executing cross-connection inspections and assessments in accordance with state health regulations.
  • Carrying out timely and accurate 'call before you dig' procedures.
  • Performing service inspections and meter installations.
  • Completing meter reading tasks efficiently as assigned.

Our organization prioritizes workplace safety. This role involves learning, adhering to, and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols, including those outlined in the Company Safety Manual, OSHA standards, and other relevant regulations.

**Additional Responsibilities**

Undertaking other duties or special projects as necessary or assigned.

**Minimum Qualifications**

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Cross-connection certification required, or the ability to obtain certification within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Willingness to participate in standby rotation.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Proficient computer skills are necessary.
  • A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience is preferred.

**Work Environment**

This position primarily involves outdoor work.
