The **Senior Field Service Manager** will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service by effectively scheduling and leading the **Field Service Customer Service Team**. Responsibilities may vary by region and will include overseeing customer service operations related to the maintenance and functionality of the Company’s distribution systems, such as meter readings, water quality inquiries, and hydrant services. Additionally, this role involves managing emergency repair operations and supporting customer service initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the Customer Service Team by scheduling, coordinating resources, and monitoring performance to achieve company and regional objectives.
- Collaborating with the Superintendent to ensure effective team management.
- Communicating effectively with team members and leadership to align efforts with company values and goals.
- Providing training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and capabilities.
- Managing administrative tasks such as work order processing, maintaining operational records, generating reports, and approving invoices.
- Overseeing meter reading activities to ensure compliance with billing cycles and identify operational efficiencies.
- Maintaining distribution assets through direct oversight or by directing team efforts, including flushing mains and hydrant maintenance.
- Coordinating with customers and local officials to foster positive relationships and ensure effective service delivery.
- Working with contractors to ensure compliance with company standards regarding safety, water quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Leading maintenance of company facilities, including snow removal and road repairs.

**Minimum Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High School Diploma
- **Skills**: Proficiency in water quality management, hydraulic modeling, and computer applications.
- **Experience**: A minimum of three to five years in field services or a related role.
