Revenue Operations Specialist

As a Core Revenue Operations Specialist, you'll focus on driving value across our products and shared services, enabling customers to manage their accounts effectively. Your initial focus will be supporting ongoing work to improve the efficiency of payment orchestration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor weekly trends in customer deposits by method and processor to understand potential rising costs and support financial forecasting.
  • Project manage operational initiatives to drive down payment fees as a portion of deposits and revenue.
  • Work with Product and Analytics teams to plan, launch, and measure tests to understand how we can maximize value throughout our deposit customer flows.
  • Support business cases to direct payment processing orchestration in partnership with Finance, Analytics, and Business Development teams.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Operations or Analytics for online gaming, mobile gaming, online retail, or similar industries.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint or Google Sheets and Slides.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A data-driven and analytical mindset with a curiosity about problems and a strong drive to find solutions.
  • Ability to develop and maintain cross-functional relationships.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

We're a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,960.00 - $121,440.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
