Insurance Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform in-depth research to identify potential customers and new opportunities.
* Reach out to prospects via multiple communication channels to initiate conversations.
* Confirm lead details provided by the Lead Generation Specialist.
* Clearly communicate the value and benefits of Defy Insurance's services.
* Qualify leads by understanding their insurance needs and aligning them with our solutions.
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
* Keep detailed and organized records of all prospect interactions and progress.
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Tenacious and persistent attitude when reaching out to prospects.
* Adaptability and a quick-learning mindset, able to grasp new information swiftly.
* Highly motivated, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
* Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or the insurance industry is a plus.
