Intake Specialist Job Description

LaSalle Network is seeking a highly skilled Intake Specialist to join our team. As an Intake Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth onboarding of clients and the efficient management of their cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial screenings with potential clients to gather relevant information about their legal matters
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on the progress of their cases and addressing their inquiries
  • Accurately document client information, including contact details and case details, in our intake system or database
  • Schedule appointments and follow-up meetings between clients and attorneys or legal staff
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys or legal staff, including organizing files, preparing correspondence, and performing general office tasks
Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • 1+ years of experience working in an office setting
  • 1+ years of experience working in a customer service environment
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a desire to help the customer
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Email systems, such as Outlook
  • Ability to make sound customer-oriented decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
