Job Overview

Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Pervenio, a dynamic group of integrated commercial construction firms, is in search of a Salesforce Business Analyst to enhance our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the deployment of new Salesforce features and enhancements.
  • Design and maintain tailored reports, dashboards, and workflows to facilitate business operations.
  • Conduct routine Salesforce administrative tasks, including user and security management.
  • Collaborate with various teams to pinpoint and execute process enhancements.
  • Document Salesforce processes, procedures, and best practices comprehensively.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in administering Salesforce Service, Sales, and Marketing Cloud, focusing on User Management and Data Management.
  • Expertise in integrating third-party applications with Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with diverse business stakeholders.
  • Analytical capabilities to assess requested changes and identify necessary customizations.
  • Proven organizational and project management abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role, ideally in a senior capacity.
  • Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications.
  • Thorough understanding of Salesforce best practices and data management strategies.
  • Experience in data modeling, report creation, and custom development within Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Capacity to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-office and remote work.
