Technical and Functional Expertise

  • Proven experience in delivering and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and Energy Utilities Cloud (EUC) implementations.
  • Strong background in analyzing business requirements, solution architecture, design, and delivery.
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and Salesforce's well-architected frameworks.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to implement scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions adhering to best architectural practices.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps processes and tools, including Copado.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the Salesforce technical team in solution design and implementation, serving as a technical mentor and guiding the team in best practices.
  • Develop proof of concepts (POCs) to address business needs utilizing Salesforce technologies and functionalities.
  • Create technical roadmaps for the Salesforce organization, influencing stakeholders to support and prioritize roadmap initiatives.
  • Establish standards for the Salesforce organization, referencing architecture, best practices, and design principles.
Managerial Skills

  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to change, managing and prioritizing complex workloads across multiple streams.
  • Utilize business insights to understand objectives and desired outcomes, creating relevant solutions that align with those goals.
