The Senior Quality Engineer will play a crucial role in refining and enhancing manufacturing processes while aiding in the execution of quality policies and systems. Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring products meet quality standards to reduce costs associated with quality issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Overseeing compliance with safety regulations and quality requirements.
  • Managing quality-related challenges within the operations team.
  • Designing and implementing process control methods, improvements, testing, and inspection protocols.
  • Collaborating with Operations and Manufacturing Engineers to establish and enhance process controls.
  • Creating and updating quality standards, procedures, inspection methods, and quality documentation.
  • Monitoring and reporting on key quality performance indicators.
  • Stopping production if unacceptable products or processes are identified.
  • Ensuring adherence to Quality Management systems and regulations.
  • Collecting and analyzing data, presenting findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Developing actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Participating in or leading quality improvement initiatives.
  • Reporting quality trends and issues to management.
  • Managing corrective actions and communicating with customers.
  • Leading or participating in internal and external quality audits.
  • Engaging in necessary training and continuous improvement activities.
  • Analyzing non-conformances to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Supporting supplier quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborating in cross-functional teams for product development and modifications.
