Job Title: Manufacturing Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join our team at HarcoSemco. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for directing, planning, and coordinating manufacturing efforts for all product lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of manufacturing engineers to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.
  • Lead Process Improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality.
  • Partner with production, purchasing, and materials management to resolve chronic issues on the production floor.
  • Collaborate with R&D engineers to support design transfer activities and ensure optimal manufacturability.
  • Review process designs, documents, and tooling for compliance to requirements.
  • Interface with suppliers to resolve quality and delivery issues.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on manufacturing or operations engineering.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Process Improvement initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
