Job Title: Senior Quality Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer to join our team at The Hire Method, LLC. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and improving our manufacturing processes and implementing quality policies and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process design and implementation for new products and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Improve industrial processes to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability, and maximize profitability.
  • Lead and facilitate the implementation of quality initiatives and their continual improvements.
  • Ensure that products produced meet quality standards required to minimize quality costs (COPQ) and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Manage all quality-related issues within the operations team.
Requirements:
  • Thorough knowledge of process improvement methods and techniques, such as Lean and/or Six Sigma.
  • Strong knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
  • Problem-solving skills using methodical and systematic approaches.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
  • Highly proficient with MS Office programs.
  • Broad knowledge of theory and principles of statistics and statistical process control.
  • Diverse knowledge of inspection and control methods, techniques, and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • NADCAP experience.
