Job Title: Senior Quality Engineer

A leading company in the Aerospace and Defence industry is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer to join their team in Branford, CT.

Job Summary:

The Senior Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This will involve developing and implementing quality policies and systems, as well as leading and managing a small team of quality control specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality policies and systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Lead and manage a small team of quality control specialists to ensure that products meet the required standards of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality control or engineering role.
  • Experience working in the Aerospace and Defence industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
