Job Title: EEG Neurofeedback Lead Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EEG Neurofeedback Lead Technician to join our team at the Center for NeuroPotential LLP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of neurofeedback technicians, conducting neurofeedback sessions, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of neurofeedback technicians and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Conduct neurofeedback sessions, including placing EEG caps on clients, setting up software programs, and monitoring for technical issues
  • Sanitize EEG caps and neurofeedback rooms between patient appointments
  • Engage with individuals with behavioral health concerns in a professional and compassionate manner
  • Complete documentation in our electronic health record system
  • Create and implement effective organizational systems to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Upload QEEG data to a shared folder for analysis
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
  • Experience in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in neurofeedback software and hardware
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other technicians, administrative staff, and clinicians
  • Responsibility and reliability
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week (full-time position)

Compensation:

$22 hourly
