Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist in Washington

Location: Suburb of Portland, approximately 10 miles from downtown.
This opportunity is with a well-established clinic that has been a leader in the region for over 80 years, now comprising the largest independent, physician-owned medical group in the Pacific Northwest with over 300 providers.
Position Overview:
- Seeking a board certified or board eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine physician dedicated to providing outstanding patient care in a collaborative environment.
- The current team includes 18 OB/Gyns, 2 MFMs, and 12 Certified Nurse Midwives, fostering an integrated and efficient prenatal care team.
- Call responsibilities are shared with one other MFM physician and typically do not require hospital visits.
- Echo certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Details of the Role:
- 4-day work week, from Tuesday to Friday.
- 35 hours of work per week.
- No delivery responsibilities.
- Support from a skilled team of 6 sonographers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Daily patient volume ranges from 28 to 35 in the clinic.
- Primarily an outpatient-focused practice.
- Partnership track available.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive base salary of $450,000 with an additional incentive, plus a $35,000 signing bonus and relocation assistance. The position includes a 2-year partnership track with a reasonable buy-in.
