Practice Overview:
Become part of a well-established clinic that has evolved into the largest independent, physician-owned medical group in the Pacific Northwest, comprising over 300 healthcare providers.


Position Highlights:

  • Seeking a board certified or board eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine physician dedicated to providing outstanding patient care in a collaborative setting.
  • The current team includes 18 OB/Gyn specialists, 2 Maternal Fetal Medicine physicians, and 12 Certified Nurse Midwives.
  • Enjoy working within a highly integrated and efficient prenatal care team.
  • Shared call responsibilities with one other MFM physician, with minimal hospital visits required.
  • Echo certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Schedule:

  • 4-day work week, from Tuesday to Friday.
  • 35 hours of clinical work per week.
  • No delivery responsibilities.
  • Support from a well-trained staff of 6 sonographers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Manage a patient load of 28-35 individuals per day in an outpatient setting.
  • Opportunity for partnership track.

Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive base salary of $450,000, with an additional incentive of $35,000 for signing and relocation. Two-year partnership track with a reasonable buy-in.
