Maternal Fetal Medicine Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Maternal Fetal Medicine Nurse to join our team at Swedish First Hill. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze patient data to identify needs and potential problems.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to achieve measurable and achievable outcomes.
- Evaluate patient responses to care and make independent and collaborative changes as needed.
- Document patient teaching and learning.
- Prepare patients for discharge or transfer by utilizing the nursing process.
- Deliver patient care based on pathophysiology and nursing principles.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers.
- Document complete and accurate information on all chart forms.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- Washington Registered Nurse License.
- 1 year Maternal Fetal Medicine Nursing experience.
