Position Overview:
dnata is seeking a skilled Fleet GSE Mechanic Supervisor to oversee operations at SFO Airport.
Compensation: $35.00-$40.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee fleet maintenance, ground service equipment, and heavy machinery operations, ensuring performance, safety, and compliance with environmental regulations.
Delegate tasks related to the repair and upkeep of ground service equipment.
Manage schedules to ensure optimal personnel utilization.
Assist in creating training materials and procedural manuals, and conduct necessary training and orientation for the station's programs.
Engage with customers and industry representatives to assess and promote enhanced services.
Contribute to the development of strategies for efficient resource use, including materials and machinery.
Lead and develop the team by evaluating performance, recognizing achievements, and addressing issues as needed.
Adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
Meet the attendance standards set by the station.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily. The following qualifications are necessary:
Possess and maintain a valid state driver's license and any required FAA/Airport identification or authorizations.
Two to five years of relevant experience and/or training.
Ability to work flexible hours/shifts based on operational requirements.
Strong communication skills.
Capability to understand and execute instructions provided in written, oral, or diagrammatic form.
Ability to assess situations, respond to inquiries or complaints, and resolve issues efficiently.
Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting, pulling, and pushing heavy items (75 pounds or more), as well as bending, standing, climbing, or walking.
Willingness to work under varying weather conditions.
