About the Role

Team Fishel is seeking an Office Lead / Administrative Assistant professional to join our growing Professional Services Group in Phoenix, AZ.

The Office Lead will provide excellent and reliable support to the Office Manager and field operations teams. This role requires someone with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and pride in their work. The ideal candidate will be able to problem solve and improvise when necessary, as well as work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Material Inventory Reconciliation (Weekly and Monthly tracking)
  • Purchase Orders & Accounts Payable: Full cycle A/P understanding is preferred. This position is responsible for taking calls from all field employees requesting to purchase goods and services. Issuance of Purchase Orders, verifying delivery or receipt of product/service, reconciling statements/invoices for payment authorization and accurate job costing, researching and setting up vendors locally and out of state for goods and services
  • Payroll & Equipment
  • Filing
  • Collecting and analyzing data using Microsoft Excel
  • Invoicing
  • Researching and compiling data
  • Ensure accurate job costing
  • Accounts Receivable as needed
  • Other office duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Prior experience in the construction or engineering industry and bilingual skills are highly desirable
