This includes managing a team of technical staff and receiving staff, assigning tasks, and supervising the completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of technical staff and receiving staff
- Assign tasks and projects to team members
- Oversee the completion of projects and ensure timely delivery
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Working knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Office software
- Knowledge of production print and finishing equipment and technology
- Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time
- Manual dexterity required for operating office machinery
