Job Summary

The Copy Center Site Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our copy center, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing a team of technical staff and receiving staff, assigning tasks, and supervising the completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of technical staff and receiving staff
  • Assign tasks and projects to team members
  • Oversee the completion of projects and ensure timely delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Working knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Office software
  • Knowledge of production print and finishing equipment and technology
  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time
  • Manual dexterity required for operating office machinery
