Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at PrideStaff. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the front desk, including patient scheduling, billing, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Management: Supervise and schedule front office personnel, manage patient reception areas, and ensure that patients are scheduled for providers according to established protocols.
  • Patient Scheduling: Ensure that patients are greeted and welcomed in a courteous and professional manner, and that physicians and other providers are scheduled to treat patients in accordance with written protocols.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Develop and update procedure manuals for appointments, cashier functions, and other front office activities, and provide written daily, weekly, and monthly reports summarizing patient activity.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, physicians, and other stakeholders, and ensure that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
  • Technical Skills: Maintain and troubleshoot the multi-user computer system, and perform cashiering functions, including preparation of daily collection records and daily deposit slips.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: One year of managerial experience in a medical office setting, with experience in medical billing and automated data systems.
  • Skills: Proven leadership ability, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
